Tiffany M. Decossaux


Tiffany was raised in Palm Bay, Florida, and graduated from Melbourne High School. She attended the University of Central Florida where she received a bachelor’s and master’s degree in criminal justice. She then attended Barry University School of Law where she earned her juris doctor, graduating first in her class.

After graduating from law school, Tiffany worked as a law clerk for the Honorable Brian D. Lambert at Florida’s Fifth District Court of Appeal. Prior to joining WhiteBird, she practiced for several years at one of the largest law firms in Florida.
Tiffany’s practice is focused on probate, trust, and guardianship litigation. She represents guardians, trustees, beneficiaries, and other fiduciaries in contested matters.  Tiffany is also certified as a Florida Supreme Court circuit civil mediator. 

Tiffany and her husband, John, live in Grant with their son, Edison, and two dogs, Rikki and Clark. In her spare time, Tiffany enjoys spending time with her family and traveling.
