Although Adam has experience in many general litigation matters, his practice is focused primarily on corporate and commercial litigation, including contract disputes, real property and real estate litigation, residential and commercial landlord-tenant matters, labor and employment issues and other legal issues facing both individuals and business organizations. Additionally, Adam also has substantial experience in admiralty and maritime litigation, insurance and insurance defense matters and appellate cases. Adam has appeared in state and federal courts throughout Florida on a variety of litigation matters, and he is currently privileged to serve as General Counsel for the Orlando Melbourne International Airport as well as the Titusville-Cocoa Airport Authority.
Greg P. Durham Sr.
Greg is a civil trial lawyer concentrating his practice in insurance defense litigation.Greg handles a significant amount of first-party and third-party claims on behalf of insurance company clients throughout the state. He defends claims for premises liability, breach of contract, automobile and personal injury negligence, medical malpractice and declaratory action disputes. Greg's experience also includes defense of health care providers against DOH and license sanctions complaints and defense of hospitals against state agency investigations.
John Kancilia practices in the areas of health care, tax, corporate and wealth transfer law. John assists clients in the health care industry and other industries in complex organizational matters and transactions. John assists health care clients with compliance issues with heath care fraud and abuse laws.
Sean A. Mickley
As a board certified construction lawyer, Sean specializes in preparing and negotiating construction and development contracts and representing all players in construction and real estate related disputes, including state and federal court litigation, arbitration, dispute review boards, and administrative hearings. Over the course of his carrer, Sean has represented owners, developers, contractors, designers, and subcontractors across various markets, including commercial and residential construction, mixed-use office, tenant build-out, condominium and multi-family, transportation and infrastructure, railways, bridges, and large site development projects.
Ryan O’Connor is an experienced civil litigator who represents clients through all phases of the litigation process. He handles disputes concerning business transactions, real estate transactions, construction issues, probate, and everything in between. He is particularly accomplished in the appellate arena, having served as lead appellate counsel in numerous appeals throughout Florida. In 2020, Ryan was recognized by Super Lawyers magazine as a “Rising Star” in Florida’s legal community for appellate matters. The “Rising Star” designation is awarded to the top 2.5% of attorneys under the age of 40, as chosen by the attorney’s peers and independent research.
Clifford R. Repperger Jr.
Cliff practices in the areas of land use and development, real estate transactional, and local government law. Cliff routinely assists clients in securing development approvals and entitlements on properties ranging in size from single family residential lots to large scale regional commercial centers and has substantial experience in drafting development agreements, covenants and restrictions, and commercial and residential development organizational documents. Cliff handles all aspects of real estate transactions from initial contract to closing and is experienced in resolving complex title issues and disputes.
Theodore L. Shinkle
Ted is trial lawyer who practices primarily in the areas of maritime law, personal injury, and employment discrimination defense. He is board certified by the Florida Bar in Admiralty and Maritime Law. During his career, Ted has represented ship owners, cruise lines, dredging companies, yacht owners, small boat owners, marine insurance companies and lending institutions in a wide variety of maritime litigation cases.
